You erase yourself from the past and present memories of the targets, for them you are essentially invisible. While they are capable of remembering your deeds they are unable to remember your name, appearance, voice and such details. The creature is also unable to see or hear, making them invisible and inaudible. If the caster attack the target however, that effect will briefly end as the caster will appear as a hazy featureless image until it get out of sight.
A break enchantment spell restore the memory of the target as well as it ability to perceive the caster.
