Accomplished [General]
Benefit: Choose a feat and an ability score. You now count as having that feat for the purpose of taking other feats or classes, and the ability score is effectively 4 higher for the purpose of taking feats or classes.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times, each time choosing a different feat or ability score. If taken 6 times, you may choose the same ability score again to raise it effectively by another 4.
