I'm not sure why we have brackets after the action type on the racial power. Any advice on removing that? - You got the origin right, but the subtype is a little off ("subtypes" are called "keywords" in 4e, so the correct tag would be "Undead Keyword"). However, note that while I once set up pages for all of the keywords, they have since been deleted because they are going to be turned into semantic properties (when that's getting done I have no idea, but it's on the to-do list).
