You cast these spells spontaneously by expending a spell slot of the appropriate tier. Casting a Ritual spell has a minimum casting time of 1 minute. The Sea Witch’s Save DCs are 10 + 1/2 level + Charisma. Add your wisdom modifier to any damage or healing dealt by spells you cast.
