Only creatures with a Constitution score can benefit from this liquid which is typically injected via a needle that deals 1 point of non-lethal damage. They are cured of blindness, disease, confusion and insanity, curses, dazing, dazzling, deafening, energy drain, exhaustion, fatigue, fear effects, nausea, paralysis, petrification (if you can breach hardness), poison, polymorphing, sickening, staggering, or stunning, and effects normally requiring miracle or wish. It does not function against afflictions caused by epic of deific effects. It doesn't cure any existing damage not covered by status effects, and can be delivered via a touch attack or melee attack roll if trying to add Strength to damage.
