|benefit=Whenever you use a [teleport]-effect you may alter it in way which you not teleport as much as make you go extremely fast. If you do so you treat your teleport as extremely fast movement, in which case you are limited to where you can travel by your movement speeds; thus you cannot teleport through a locked door unless you could walk through it, nor could you teleport into the air without a fly speed, or teleport if you are otherwise immobilized. On the other hand, effects which stop teleportation do not stop your "teleport" effects. The 'movement' during your teleport do not provoke attacks of opportunity. It may trigger traps or effect along the way although by then you will be at your next location and all effect which you triggered happen right at the end of your movement, possibly affecting you if you are in range.

Extreme Speed [General] Prerequisites: Monk’s Unarmed Speed BonusBenefit: You gain the ability to move at such speed that it is effectively instantaneous. As a move action you may move to a square within twice your monk’s unarmed speed bonus. This movement does not provoke and counts as teleportation for the purpose of prerequisites. However you may only move to a square you are able to see, and move into normally using any of your speeds.

When you gain the Abundant Step class ability, you may use it three times per day and is no longer a teleportation-effect, but it gains the limitation as above’. Special: If you play Pathfinder, the ki point cost of Abundant Step is reduced to 1, it is no longer a teleportation effect and it gains the limitation of this feat.
