You were either born a hunchback, a defaced mutant, maybe just ugly or even perhaps with hidden deformities that greatly undermine your self confidence.
Benefit: You can take the Willing DeformityEE feat and any [Deformity] feat as if they were not vile feats.
Drawback: Either through your bad physical appearance or through a great lack of self confidence you take a -4 to all Charisma-based skill checks (except intimidate and bluff).
