A special optional focus component for the ''[[SRD:Mage's Magnificent Mansion|mage's magnificent mansion]]'' spell. When cast with this focus component the resulting mansion is persistent. When the duration expires, the caster is expelled but any other willing entities or objects currently in the extradimensional dwelling may continue to persist in a state of [[SRD:Temporal Stasis|stasis]]. When a caster once again casts ''mage's magnificent mansion'' with this focus component, the same dwelling is unlocked and the stasis is lifted for the new duration of the spell.
Only those with this unique key may access this persistent instance of the mansion. If the key is disjointed or otherwise destroyed, the associated mansion collapses and ejects its contents as if the spell had ended normally.
