You unleash unerringly accurate missiles of pyroclastic magma at the designated opponents. This spell behaves as [[SRD:Magic Missile|''magic missile'']] except that you fire a single missile which deals 4d62d6+4 2 damage, half of which is bludgeoning damage and half of which is fire damage. Each missile also deals minimum splash damage to each creature adjacent to each target. For every two caster levels beyond 7th5th, you gain an additional missile—two at 9th 7th level, three at 11th9th, four at 13th11th, and the maximum of five missiles at 15th 13th level or higher. All creatures damaged by a magma missile catch on fire unless it succeeds on a [[Reflex]] save.
A [[SRD:Shield|''shield'']] spell does not protect against magma missile
