:Like I said before, there is nothing wrong with rating an article because you think it's cool or fun, but there is a big gulf between rating a few articles you have an interest in and literally making an account to blanket-rate everything (and I mean, literally ''everything'') made by one specific user. I saw the ratings, none of which went through any lengths explaining ''why'' the articles were any good. I decided to remove them. It was such a blatant endorsement of one user's body of work that I legitimately suspected sockpuppetry. The fact that the ratings were written by another person isn't even relevant to the issue at hand.
:Ratings aren't a tool to get points. They exist for the sake of the readers, not the writer. Ask yourself this: would your friend have cared to rate those articles if someone else had written them?
:What message does it convey if you're fine with making a friend bump your stuff while at the same time cherry-picking your raters by trying to discourage other users like [[User:Ghostwheel|Ghostwheel]] from rating negatively? The [[Dungeons and Dragons Wiki:Rating Articles|rules on rating]] that I like to link to you and your friend so often have a few things to say about cherry-picking who you ask to rate your articles. Even disregarding my decision to remove those ratings, if everybody handled rating in such a manner it would make the very process of rating lose its significance. I like the system that we have, so I don't want to see that happen.

::have looked through other content with rating and they are about as general as what my friend posted, [[User:Ghostwheel|Ghostwheel]] on the other hand felt it was necessary to give multiple post a 0/1, I was not intent on discouraging him from rating but I would prefer his mouth be shut instead of voicing a complaint about the smallest issue. I would like to reiterate that what we do we do to attempt to prevent potential rating bombing, cause our system of publication and deletion is very user based. I encourage your friend to restore and rework his rating and maybe rating things a tad slower, you are both new users and a sudden surge of rating does look fishy. If anything I also recommend both of you to rate articles by other authors as well.
