Master the Four Winds
Lexicon of the Primal Word [Air]
Level: Truenamer 3
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: 40 ft/level wide cylinder 40 ft high centered on you
Duration : Concentration up to 10 minutes/level (D) or 10 minutes/level; see text
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates

You command the air to move elsewhere, and whipping up a great cyclone. This functions as control winds.

Reverse: In the same area you would be able to control winds, you can instead suppress the motion of all wind and muffle sonic vibrations. In this area, the speed of wind drops to 0, and all [Air] spells require an opposed caster level check to cast successfully. Sound is muffled, doubling all Listen penalties for distance. All sonic damage is minimized. This version does not require concentration.

Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the winds strength cannot rise above one step. For the reverse, Listen checks and sonic damage remain unaffected.

Primal Utterance[edit]

Normal: The duration becomes 10 minutes/level (D), no concentration needed. In addition you can choose to have the air in the area not support any creatures, causing any creature flying under winged flight to fall or be unable to fly. This is a free action you can toggle on your turn.

Reversed: The area becomes a massive one-sided silence spell, in addition to the normal effects. Speaking and sonic damage do not function at all, though you and your allies are exempt.
