Baffled[edit]
A creature is baffled if it witnesses circumstances completely out of place, imposing a -2 to Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Listen, Sense Motive and Spot checks. It can't concentrate on anything as long as the condition lasts, usually no more than one round, and it doesn't act.
Only minded creatures outside of combat may become baffled.
