If you hit a favored enemy, your strike deals +1d6 per point bonus damage you deal to that favored enemy, up to your initiator level or 4d6, whichever is lower.
You may make multiple attacks if you could do them from feats such as Manyshot, Rapid Shot, Two-Weapon Fighting or similar ones, or from the haste spell. In this case, only one attack, already decided, deals additional damage.
This damage isn't multiplied on a critical hit, but if the favored enemy's bonus is, the damage done by this maneuvers is increased accordingly.
