Additionally, the wearer of the Phantom Rider Cape gain the benefits of the Mounted Combat feat while riding her phantom steed. If she already had the feat she gain a +3 competence bonus on her Ride checks while riding her phantom steed.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, shield other, phantom steed, crafter must have 8 ranks in the Ride skill.
Cost to Create: 1250 GP, 100 EXP, 3 days.
