This power create creates a needle-thin ray of deadly kinetic energy, the ray is deal 3d8 deals 5d6 + the manifester's manifesting ability modifier in magical piercing damage. Unlike a typical ray, this power has a critical threat of 19-20/x2 and deal 1d8 deals 1d6 [[Constitution]] damage on a confirmed critical hit.
