|reason=Despite my initial thoughts of "zomg this must be so abusable wat," after playtesting the race, I'm happy to report it functions satisfactorily in a rogue-level game, and is hella fun to RP.

|reason=Flavor: Kinda reminds me of [http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Bynar|Bynars]. They were a cool idea and this race is a fun idea too. A bit more elaboration on how they resolve having two alignments could be possible. It obviously means each part of the pair has its own goals, experiences, and motivations, but to what degree that is should be explored.
The whole thing about both requiring an action also needs to be elaborated on, flavor-wise. I want to know what the non-acting person is doing. Psychic concentration maybe? One consequence you might not have thought of is that if one of them gets captured, neither of them can do anything unless they have some way of knowing when to provide support.
