As you activate your boots your stance changes, and you stride forth with the speed and power of a tireless horse and the clatter of hooves.
As a move action you can switch the boots into active stance. You cannot attack or make any other actions beyond movement or deactivating the boots while in this stance, nor make any attacks of opportunity. In return your movement speed increases by +30 ft (minimum 50 ft), and you gain the benefits of the Mobility and Run feats. You can run endlessly without tiring or taking non-lethal damage. When you move, you sound as if you are riding a horse.
While you are incapable of normal attacks, you may still make overrun attempts. If you are successful you also deal your unarmed strike damage whenever you would knock someone prone. This latter effect applies to all overrun attempts, even when the boots are not active.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, expeditious retreat, mount.
Cost to Create: 900 gp, 72 EXP, 1 day.
