You can read the future before it happens by listening to the words of truespeech. You duplicate the effect moment of prescience, with the above changes.
Reverse: You can attempt to apply the reverse effect to a creature. On a failed Will save, they are cursed. They take the bonus of moment of prescience as a penalty, but it cannot be used on saving throws.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the bonus is capped to +10, and the penalty is capped to -5.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You can choose to succeed on any one task in the next 24 hours as if you rolled high enough to succeed. If there are multiple levels of success, you get the lowest level "success" possible.
Reversed: The penalty can be used on saving throws.
