When worn continuously for at least 24 hours, The Torc of Morphic Grafts allows the user to treat all their grafts as if affected by oil of adaptive shape, allowing the grafts to function normally even when the wearer changes shape, so long as there is a reasonable equivalent body part on the new shape assumed. When the wearer changes shape, the torc embeds itself in the flesh as though it were a subdermal item disk occupying the neck slot.
Creatures with the Shapechanger subtype benefit from this item immediately; their bodies do not require an attunement period.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Graft (any), polymorph.
Cost to Create: 2,500, 200 EXP, 5 days.
