Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Targets: One Creature/Level
Duration: Instantaneous and 1 Round/Level
Saving Throw: Will Partial
Spell Resistance: No

See ye blind fools! See the magnificence of the Old God!

Upon casting this spell each targets take an immediate 6 points of madness, then each target creature must make a will save or be unable to recover madness naturally for the spell's duration, your madness still reset to 0 after you have a mindbreak however.
