This is what our research is going towards?
The mad scientist Bianca was never known for her stability, through the constructs she produced did do their jobs. Likely a result of her love of sharks, a lack of time, and a gallon of booze, the gigashark walker is a bipedal war machine designed like a huge shark with a pair of slender humanoid legs stapled to the side. It's really quite absurd to see this thing charge into battle on its feminine semi-organic legs. Perhaps the fact it looks so silly aided in its success in battle, defeating surprised opponents with its laser eyes and powerful bite.
A gigashark walker stands about 30 ft tall and 30 ft long (a very unbalanced machine), and weighs a surprisingly light 4000 lbs due to its unusual construction and materials.
Combat
A gigashark walker fights with the tactics and grace of its pilot. It will typically spam its laser eyes until it goes into melee to crush opponents with its powerful bite. Against immobile dangers, it employs the vector cannon to destroy the target. It relies on its shield to ablate damage, then runs away to allow time for its shield to recharge.
Crew: The gigashalk walker has room for a crew of one, contained roughly in the center of the shark. While inside, the pilot has total cover and a life-support system providing oxygen. Activating a gigashark walker requires a DC 15 Knowledge Xeno check.
Death Throes (Ex): If the gigashark walker falls in battle and takes at least 15 points of damage beyond 0 hp, its reactor explodes dealing 15d6 damage to all creatures in a 20 ft radius burst, with a DC 17 Reflex save for half. Death throes can also be activated as a standard action, with up to a 1 minute delay. This destroys the gigashark walker. The save DC is Constitution based.
Laser Eyes (Su): As an attack action, the gigashark walker can fire lasers from its eyes dealing 4d6 fire damage to a target with a ranged touch attack. The lasers have a range increment of 60 ft, out to a maximum range of 600 ft, and come pre-packaged with the Splitting enhancement ability (and thus does not stack with Splitting), making two attacks for every attack you normally get. The paired attacks must go for the same target, so you could hit three different targets (thanks to BAB +11) twice each.
Siege Weapon (Ex): The gigashark walker counts as a siege weapon. All its attacks are considered siege weapons, and itself is considered a fortification, taking no damage from non-siege projectiles and half damage from non-siege melee attacks.
Shield (Ex): The gigashark walker has a shield which, thanks to Augment Shielding, provides 7 hp per HD. It regenerates at a rate of 10 hp per round, and is applied before damage reduction or resistances come into play.
Vector Cannon (Su): The gigashark walker comes equipped with a powerful laser from its mouth that unfortunately takes forever to charge. It can deploy the vector cannon from its mouth as a 1 round action, rendering it immobile for as long as it is deployed and benefiting from a +8 Stability bonus. The cannon then takes an additional 3 rounds to charge up fully. The process can be aborted and the cannon un-deployed as a full attack action.
At the beginning of the forth round, the cannon fires a massive laser that acts as a 20th level primal energy cataclysm power of both fire and electricity damage. Resistance or immunity to one only applies if you have resistance or immunity to both (whichever is lower).
After a successful firing of the vector cannon, the cannon cannot be fired again for at least 1 hour. Firing the vector cannon consumes one fusion cells, which it equips on board.
Skills: Gigashark walkers get a +30 bonus to Jump checks thanks to their svelte sexy legs.
