Monastic Adept [General] Prerequisites: At least 3 level in the monk class or variant.Benefit: Your effective monk level is always equal to your character levels for the purpose of scaling class features like unarmed strike, AC bonus, increase movement speed, flurry of blow and etc. If a class already grant such advancement (like many monk prestige class) you add that class' level to your monk level to determine what class features you get.
