Fey Touched Creatures are creatures born with fey blood in them. 3rd generation or more, typically. They are born with some of the unique abilities granted to them by their fey lineage. Depending on their lineage they get different abilities. The Most common are Nymph, Glaistig, and Sirine.
Creating a Fey Touched
This template is an inherited template. That can be applied to any humanoid, monstrous humanoid or giant, referred to hereafter as the base creature. A Fey Touched creature uses all the base creature’s stats except as noted here.
Upon creation choose the lineage of your Fey Touched creature from the following: Nymph, Glaistig or Sirine.
Size and Type
Type changes to fey, and any subtype remains in place, if applicable. Size does not change. Do not recalculate BAB, Saves, or skill points.
Hit Dice
Add 3 HD of Fey to your over all character level, 6-sided Hit Dice. Good Reflex and Will saves.
Speed
Base land speed is 30ft. Any other movement nodes stay, if applicable. ie. swim, fly, burrow...
Armor Class
The Fey Touched creature acquires the natural armor of the base creature or the fey. (which ever is higher, they do not stack)
Attack
Base attack bonus equal to 1/2 total Hit Dice (as wizard).
Full Attack

Special Attacks
All special attacks from the base creature stay and a choice of one of the special attacks that the fey lineage has can be added, except spells or spell-like abilities. see monster manual entries for Nymph, Glaistig or Sirine for choices.

Special Qualities
All special qualites from the base creature stay and a choice of one of the special qualities that the fey lineage has can be added. see monster manual entries for Nymph, Glaistig or Sirine for choices.

Abilities
Nymph: Dex +6, Con +2, Int +6, Wis +6, Cha +8 /// Sirine: Dex +8, Int +2, Wis +6, Cha +6 /// Glaistig: Str +2, Dex +2, Con +4, Int +2, Wis +4, Cha +8
Upon creation you may either randomize 2 stat bonus' or just choose 2 of them. You may only choose 2 stat increases among the fey creature in which your heritage descends.
Skills
Add any class skills of the fey to your class skills. Skill points equal to (6 + Int modifier, minimum 1) per Hit Die, with quadruple skill points for the first Hit Die.
Feats
Add 2 Feats from the 3 HD gained from this template.
