The ability to have extra arms is a very good one. However, I refrain from favoring this because I feel it should be open to all creatures, not just Fiends. |
- Having this available to all creatures doesn't make much sense. A feat is mostly extraordinary or within the realms of what a thing can do. Most creatures can't really just sprout new arms.
