Shards of Winter

Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Area: 5-ft.-radius spread
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Reflex half
Spell Resistance: yes(cold only)

Shards of ice pierce (4d6) and freeze (6d6) an 5ft radius, usually with a victim inside.

The caster creates shards of ice in the palm of her hand and with a soft breath launches them at an area which pierce everything in it.
