::::::No. ''Detect evil/etcetera'' only inform you if someone is of the specified alignment. Thus, an ''[[SRD:Undetectable Alignment|undetectable alignment]]'' spell makes it so they can still believe you are any of 6 different alignments, leaving plenty of leeway for believing that you don't have ''[[SRD:Undetectable Alignment|undetectable alignment]]'' active. ''Detect alignment'' will make them see you as True Neutral, which is much less likely.
