When exposed to a water stone an [[Eevee (3.5e Monster)|Eevee]] becomes a Vaporeon. The Eevee’s body becomes translucent and its structure becomes almost identical to that of water. It grows fins similar to merfolk that allow it to swim through the water with great skill. Further, it gains a magical connection to the waves, allowing it to predict the weather, and to shepherd the waters as a boy might a flock of sheep.
