An armor coated in [[Unstable Fabric (3.5e Equipment)|unstable fabric]] offer the regular benefits of wearing [[Unstable Fabric (3.5e Equipment)|unstable fabric]], including any bonus if the armor is worn on the top layer. It makes the covered armor immune to acid, electricity and fire damage as well as making it immune to rust as long as the coating remains intact. The coating is self healing, thus even if damaged it will quickly repair itself.
