An Unbound is a [[Mimic (3.5e Template)|mimic]] who has outlived his or her master and used the power from the former bond to empower herself. They develop a strong resistance to any mind-affecting effects. Unbound are often admired among [[Mimic (3.5e Template)|Mimics]], seen as a hero who fought the intense sadness of losing one's master. Many don't forget about their old master, and may even want to bring him back.
