You summon a powerful toxic waste which constantly deals damage to your opponent even after its initial assault.  The target must make a Fort save (as if against poison) or take 1d6 points of damage per caster level (max 20d6) and take 2d4 [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] damage.  On a successful save they only take half the hp damage and no Constitution damage.

If they fail their saves, on subsequent rounds they must make another saving throw at the same DC, or take 1d6 damage per two caster levels (max 10d6) and 1d4 [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] damage. These saves continue until the target successfully saves against the poison, or dies trying.
