This does not allow quicker drawing than normal, as the effect only works to recall a weapon not on the body of the telum. At level 9th the weaponmaster only needs a swift action to recall ts weapon soul and a free action at level 13th (allowing, for example, to recall a throwing weapon multiple times in the same round, even between attacks). At level 17th it can do so even with an immediate action, but no more than once per round. This ability has a range of 30 feet (9 meters), which expands by 30 feet at fighter level 9th, 13th and 17th.
