A sticky white ray springs from your wrists, and your opponent finds himself in a sticky situation.  On a failed save, any objects in the enemy's hands, or picked up by them, become stuck unless they succeed on a [[Str]] check equal to the DC of this spell to shake the item off.  Archers which need to reload their crossbows and bows may find themselves unable to let go of their ammunition to fire it.  On a successful save the [[Str]] DC is set to 10.  The enemy may take a standard action to attempt the [[reflex]] save again, and wipe the gunk off.  Enemies under the effects of ''[[SRD:Freedom of Movement|freedom of movement]]'' are immune to this spell.

On the positive side, those affected are much more difficult to disarm, gaining a +10 bonus against checks to disarm them.
