You're treated as only carrying a medium load when carrying a heavy load for the purposes of your Maximum Dexterity bonus to your AC and your check penalty to skills.
|drawback=Whenever you're only burdened by a light load, you take a –3 morale penalty on [[SRD:Using Skills|skill checks]], [[SRD:Using Skills#Ability Check|ability checks]], [[SRD:Attack Roll|attack rolls]] and [[SRD:Saving Throw|saving throws]]. This penalty is reduced to –1 when burdened by a medium load and negated when carrying a heavy load.
|special=Must be able to suffer morale penalties. Heavy armor still encumbers you as normal.
