|drawback=You lose proficiency or familiarity with one or more weapons normally granted to members of your race equal to the number of new weapons with which you gained proficiency or familiarity.
|special=The new weapons must be of the same or lower category as the one being replaced (i.e., simple, martial, or exotic). For example, you could give up your racial proficiency with a martial weapon and choose either a different martial or simple weapon. You could give up proficiency with an exotic weapon and choose a different exotic weapon, or a martial weapon or a simple weapon.
Races without racial weapons cannot benefit from this trait.

For a Low or Moderate version of this trait, exotic weapons may not be selected.
