A scuba wetsuit is a skintight rubber suit with goggles, flippers, and (typically) a breathing tank for extended trips.  It consumes the body, feat, face, and shoulders slot while in use.  Scuba wetsuits keep the user mostly dry and warm, under the effects of ''[[SRD:Endure Elements|endure elements]]'' (cold).  With the goggles one can see twice as far as normal underwater.  Creatures gain a swim speed equal to half their land speed, and a +8 circumstance bonus to Swim checks.  They may take 10 on Swim checks even if rushed or in danger.  On the other hand, moving around on land in flippers is awkward, and land speed is cut in half.  

The breathing tank holds 1 hour of air before it is depleted.  The tank can be removed for shallow brief trips, and the goggles come with an attachable snorkel.  Scuba wetsuits do not count as armor, and have an armor check penalty of -1 when the tank is equipped.
