If you cast this spell as a Standard action, the damage increases to 1d6 per Caster Level (Max 10d6) and the target is Staggered for 1 round per caster level (Max 10 rounds) on a failed save. The target is allowed a new save each round to break free of the effect.

If you cast this spell as a Full-Round action, the damage increases to 1d8 per Caster Level (Max 10d8), the Fort save DC increases by 1, and the target is also Entangled for the duration of the Staggering effect if they fail their save.
