Those wearing the robes of the conjurer may cast ''[[SRD:Summon Monster III|summon monster III]]'' 1/day with a caster level equal to the user's HD.  The spell is cast as a standard, rather than a full-round, action.  In addition it grants a +1 CL bonus to conjuration spells.
