In the gnome lands, various alchemical resins are created mixing materials with a thick honey-like substance which is applied to weaponry.  [[Summary::Red charcoal resin applies 1d6 fire damage to a weapon for 1 minute once applied.]]  Applying a resin is typically a [[SRD:Standard Actions|standard action]].  This is an extraordinary effect, and stacks with other sources of fire damage (such as Flaming) but not itself or other resins.  After 1 minute the substance has burnt itself out and becomes inert.
