|benefit=You can apply any effect which takes a standard action or less to apply as a swift action, so long as it is self only or only affects your items and lasts for 1 round/level or longer in duration.  For example you could drink a potion, cast a spell which only affects yourself such as ''[[SRD:Expeditious Retreat|expeditious retreat]]'' or a wand of ''[[SRD:Magic Weapon|magic weapon]]''.  You may use this ability 1/day for every 5 HD you have, and there is a 5 round cooldown between uses.
