|benefit= Whenever you make a targeted strike, make a Heal check. Add 1/4 of the result of the check to your bonus to hit and damage. The hit bonus cap is reached when any penalties the strike gave become +4, and the damage bonus caps once the attack is dealing at least 1/4 of the target's max HP. In addition, deadly targeted strikes like decapitation still take a full round to wind up, but can be used the turn you wind them up rather than having to wait until your next turn. Nonlethal targeted strikes are also now standard actions if they weren't already. 
|example= A Cleric is locked in mortal combat while his allies are busy with other foes. He's fighting a Duelist who specializes in Dual Wielding, so he figures that, as not to risk them just picking their weapon back up, he'll disarm them in a more literal sense. He goes for a targeted strike to the elbow with a -2 to hit, but sharply remembers the Duelist's level implies many hit dice, likely placing him just outside taking 1/4 of his HP in damage from one of the Cleric's strikes. So he puts his medical knowledge to good use, and makes a [[Heal]] check of 30. His targeting now offers him +4 to hit, and 8 bonus damage. He narrowly reaches the target's threshold of 3/4 HP by 1 damage, making the bonus damage 7 instead of 8. The target then fails their Fortitude save as their arm separates from their body, and the Cleric silently celebrates.
