[[Dire Bat (3.5e Monster)|Dire Bat]] fangs contain potent magic that is adept at draining the life from other creatures. By grinding them up into a fine powder and mixing with a specific distillation of wine, a magical potion can be created that grants the life draining properties to the imbiber.

After drinking a potion of vampirism, you heal a number of hitpoints equal to half the base damage you deal with any melee attack. You cannot heal past half your total hitpoints (round up) in this way. This effect lasts for 10 minutes.
