|benefit=You can use your mouth as an extra hand to grip any item you could hold in one hand.  You cannot "wield" items with your mouth, but you can hold them and activate magic items, though that may be difficult for command word items.  The reason for that is that while your mouth is full, you suffer a 50% fail rate whenever you use vocal components.

You may swap items between your mouth and hands as a free action.

For a High version of the feat, you can wield weapons and items at a -4 penalty to attack rolls made with the mouth.

For a Very High version, there is no penalty.
