|benefit=As a part of a move action, you can shout encouragement, wave a flag, or do something else that bolsters the morale of your allies. Upon doing so, you grant a number of allies equal to your 1 + your [[Charisma]] bonus within line of sight a +2 morale bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, AC, and saving throws for 1 round. At 5th level and each 5 levels thereafter, you may either increase the bonus granted by 1 or the amount of rounds it lasts for by 1; this is chosen whenever the ability is used. 

After using Motivational Boost, you must wait 5 rounds before using it again.
