''Mind fog'' produces a bank of thin mist that weakens the mental resistance of those caught in it. Those caught inside a mind fog take a cumulative -1 penalty to [[Will]] save and [[Wisdom]] checks each round they stay in it, up to a maximum of -10 to both. Affected creatures because giddy and distracted, at the start of each turn there is 50% it must make a [[Will]] save or else become [[SRD:Dazed|dazed]] until the start of her next turn. 

Once the creature move out of the fog, the penalty start to dissipate at the rate of 1 per minute until it is back at it full capacity. The fog is stationary and lasts for 30 minutes (or until dispersed by wind).

A moderate wind (11+ mph) disperses the fog in four rounds; a strong wind (21+ mph) disperses the fog in 1 round.

The fog is thin and does not significantly hamper vision.
