[[Summary::This potion can restore spell slots, up to a limit.]]  When consumed it refreshes one spell slot or one spell per day of its assigned level.  A 1st level magic ether can restore a 1st level slot or spell per day, and a 9th level can restore a 9th level or lower slot or spell per day.  Consumers are limited per day to a number of spells restored equal to the highest level spell slot they can cast.  Attempting to consume any more not only does not restore the spell, but consumes a spell of the same level and renders the user nauseated for 1d4 rounds.
