A unique fiendish hellcat, he walks the material plane invisibly.  Gifted with a silver tongue, he influences others in power acting as spy and assassin while corrupting philanthropists into terrible people.  He is the power behind the throne and the puppetmaster of mob bosses everywhere.  

Those who manage to see the normally invisible hellcat reveals it has shaggy red, white, and black striped fur and only one eye, the other replaced by a golden false eye.
