This nefarious spell was developed with the Witchlightian Sorceress Liliane, who sought to make her cloudkill effective even against those with respiratory protection. This spell behave as the [[SRD:Cloudkill|''cloudkill'']] spell, except those caught in the cloud take 4d6 + caster level piercing damage at the start of each turn with no save allowed to prevent that damage. If a creature is using respiratory protection, such as a breathing mask, it is totally ineffective unless it also somehow negated the piercing damage. 

If a creature end it turn within 10 feet of the the cloud, a stabbing arm will reach out of it and attempt to impale the target. This is an attack roll using your caster level as your base attack bonus and your casting ability modifier instead of [[Strength]]. If it hit, it deal 4d6 + caster level piercing damage and make a grapple attempt using 8 + caster level + casting ability modifier as it grapple score, if it succeed on it drag the creature 10 feet within the cloud.

The caster may exclude it allies from the stabbing part as a free action, but not the normal effect of a [[SRD:Cloudkill|''cloudkill'']].</onlyinclude>
