This +2 heavy shield is not metallic, allowing druids to wield them normally.  When the user is holding the shield and exposed to natural daylight he gains fast healing 1 from the photosynthesis.  You gain DR 5/- against the attacks of any plant-type creatures, so long as you recieve your shield bonus to AC.
