The ironjaw is a specially fitted weapon designed to go into the mouth of a creature with a bite attack.  Effectively metal dentures, they enhance their biting ability and allows the creature to enhance the ironjaw, and subsequently their bite attack.  The ironjaw counts as both a manufactured and a natural weapon.  The ironjaw deals as much damage as the creature's bite attack one size larger, with a 20/x4 critical.

Ironjaws need to be custom fitted to a creature, provoking a -2 penalty on attack rolls and 20% arcane spell failure for using an ironjaw not adjusted to your mouth.  Donning an ironjaw takes as much time as donning [[SRD:Breastplate|breastplate]], and has the same consequences for sleeping with the ironjaw equipped.  However, the ironjaw cannot be disarmed or sundered while properly worn.

Donning an ironjaw rapidly has a -2 penalty on attack rolls (which stacks with not being fitted for the creature).
