The youngest son of a Baron, he is small and feeble for his age.  Knowledge of his weakness is hidden from the public by minimizing his contact with the outside and keeping him indoors.  However rumor persists that he has been blessed by the gods with foresight and supernatural powers.  He mostly uses his talents to indulge in his pastime of reading books, and has a great respect for the printed word and enjoys hearing stories of the outside.  He wishes he was in a healthier state and could go traveling afar with others, but he recognizes he is feeble compared to most and ill suited for adventuring work.
